The network is designed to allow multiple users in the same office work on cases at the same time. Information recorded by one user, is immediately available to any other user on the network. The Network is ideal for offices that have two or more people who require access to case information. Strong security restrictions can be put in place to prevent unauthorized access!
The satellite module is designed to allow you to work away from your office on Case Works with a 2nd, 3rd or 64th computer. Once you've completed your work in the field, then you can import the work on the Satellite Module to the Master Station. The satellite module can perform all the aspects of capturing work, new clients, projects, time slips etc. Now, you can actually go home and relax -- no more late nights catching up on paper work!
Key concept to the Satellite module is that there is no reliance on the internet. Imagine, you’re on the road, out of town working a case. Nights in the hotel diligently diving through records recording work completed, expenses, time and demographics of individuals; just to name a few. When you get back to the office – all of that data is imported into the Master station. This means – no more double keying. What a great time saver and is one of the most popular features of Case Works!
